Hi,

My name is Natalia and I’m not a licensed  therapist.  But I am very opinionated and I don’t hesitate to speak my mind.  I’ve had friends go to marriage counseling and there seems to be mixed results.  The bottom line is that you have to know something about a topic before you can even ask the right questions.  That’s where I come in.

Please post your comments to tell me what is helpful.  I don’t claim to have all the answers, but I am an eager learner and I scoop up tips and insights like a Dyson vacuum cleaner.

I’m not quite ready to post my photo here for all sorts of reasons, not the least of which is to protect my spouse’s privacy.  The way it is now I am free to rant.
